Create or edit questionnaires

Each module uses a questionnaire and they can be created and edited to fit the organisation’s need

Questionnaires are necessary to use the modules. The questionnaires consist of questions for the employees to fill in. An organisation can have as many questionnaires as they wish, but you should be specific in their naming so the managers can tell them apart when selecting from them.

Send your questionnaire to support@musskema.dk and the support team will register them.

“Inspiration for the questionnaires”

Question vault

1. In the question vault you can select which language you want to search for a question in (yellow arrow) and search for it (red arrow). You can delete (purple arrow) or edit a question (green arrow).

2. Be aware that if you change the meaning of a question, all historical data (scores, answers, statistics e.g.) will be useless for that specific question. Changing/deleting the question does not only affect the question in your questionnaire, but in all of the questionnaires of the organisation. If you want to change the wording of a question, create a new one instead.

If you still want to change the question, click ”Accept to edit question” (red arrow).

3. Create a new question by clicking ”Create new” (red square). Depending on what module you are creating a question for, there are different kind of question types. For EDP questions choose between (see specific options for each modules further below):
  • Score from 1 to 6
  • Text question without score
  • Subheading

Select the question type.

4. When creating a question, you have the following options:

  1. Change your question type.
  2. Write the question text.
  3. Write a help text if needed. This is not required.
  4. Translate the question to another language if needed in your organisation. If the organisation is set up to several languages, they will show up here.
  5. Write the help text (if one is needed) in the other language.
  6. Click ”Create” to finish.

Changing/deleting the question does not only affect your own questionnaire, but questionnaires for all of the organisation. If you want to change the wording of a question, create a new one instead.

If you still want to change the question, click ”Accept to edit question” (red arrow).
