Order new password

If you have forgotten your password, you can order a new one.

1. On the login page, you must enter your customer number to order a new password. Read here how to find your customer number.

Click on the link 'Create new password?' (red arrow).

 

2. Fill in the fields with the customer number and email address.

 

3. You will receive an email with a link to change the password.

 

4. Fill in the forms for your new password. 

 

 

5. You can only save your password when all the requirements are met and are green. Then save your new password.

 

6. Login with your user information.
