An opportunity to inform the employee of e.g. time for a meeting.
This manual is relevant if your organisation has enabled editable sick leave agenda. If you are in doubt, please contact your Evovia administrator for further information.
1: Open sickness absence dialogue
2: Select employee
- Red arrow: Select the employee
- Green arrow: Select a day for the sickness absence e.g. day 1 and click on the envelope.
3: Prepare the agenda
You can use the agenda as it is or edit the questions for the minute (green arrow).
4: Adjust the minute
When "The agenda" is unfolded (green arrow) you can create and delete questions for the sickness absence dialogue.
Here are the following options:
- Yellow arrow: First click on "+" to create questions or subheadings. Then type the desired question or sub-question (spotted yellow arrow)
- Blue arrow: Questions are deleted by removing the checkmark
- Red arrow: Add additional text to the message sent to the employee
5: Preview
See what the agenda looks like before sending it to the employee.
Click on 'Preview' (red arrow).
6: Send the agenda
Send the employee by clicking on 'Send agenda' (purple arrow).
Once the agenda has been sent, you can click on the green envelope to see the date of the sending (red arrow).
The questions in the sick absence dialogue are also updated with your corrections (blue arrow).
When the agenda has been sent it's not possible to change the questions.
