Setting up tools

See how to set up the tools

Each tool contains different setup options, which are set under the "Tools" tab.

 

1: Tool Setup


1. Click on "Company" tab on the left (red arrow).
2. Click on "Tools" (green arrow).

Here you have the following options:

  • Purple arrows: Select tool
  • Yellow arrow: Add department
  • Blue arrow: Edit tool delegations on a department
  • Gray arrow: Delete all delegations on a department

 

 

2: Select department

After clicking on "Add department" (yellow arrow in point 1) the following options are available:

  • Green arrow: Select department
  • Red arrow: Select functions
  • Yellow arrow: Click 'Create' to save.

 

The most commonly used function, which is common to all tools, is "Manage questionnaire templates", which gives the department owner access to create and edit questionnaires.

Access to the tool setup requires the "Manage tool setup" delegation. See how to assign it in the manual 'System permission'.

 

 

3: See Configuration

Once the tool functions are enabled, they can be accessed under the "Configuration" tab (red box).
