Information about rebranding

From digital EDP-system to full-suite leadership tool

Musskema.dk has changed name to Evovia and with that comes a new visual identity. Here you can read about the rebranding and what this means to you as a user.

Why a new name and visual identity?
Since our developers wrote the first string of code back in 2006, we have been on an exciting journey. What started as a way to digitalize EDP and other employee dialogues is today an entire platform supporting good leadership.

Our journey is far from over, but we have reached a turning point, where we need to retell our core narrative. We are not merely a digital EDP-system or HR-system. Evovia helps organisations support good leadership, delivering results that can be seen on the bottom line. At the same time, we are more active on an international scale, where the Danish-sounding "Musskema.dk" does not automatically make sense. Right now, we have users in more than 20 countries, and our tool is used in 13 different languages. The time for a name change has never seemed more fit.

Q&A on the rebranding

Questions about the rebranding

How do I log in?

You can still log in via e-mails from the platform and via our new website URL (www.evovia.com). Should you happen to land on our previous website, you will be redirected to the right site.

If you use links to our website in your own systems, these need to be changed to the new URL.

How do I navigate in the new design?

We've made a video showing you how to navigate the new sidebar and design.

What will happen to my data?

The name change and update of the leadership tool will not affect your data. They will still be available on the leadership platform and stored in agreement with our sub data processor's high security requirements.

Read more about the security requirements in our Statement of Assurance, ISAE 3000. This is available under Configuration on your company profile in Evovia.

What will the change mean for me as a user?

Not much. Our 13 leadership tools still works the same way as you know them. They will merely visually look a bit different.

Do you still have the same values?

Evovia's vision to help more leaders perform more and better leadership is the same. More than anything, we are driven by our dedication to develop people at their workplace. This dedication defines us - and our digital leadership tools help us bring it to life.

Users will always be met with respect, honesty and open dialogue.

Have the people behind it changed?

Evovia is still owned by CEO Poul Langagergaard, Director Joachim Langagergaard, and Head of Development Jørgen Skovhus Haunstrup.

Evovia's team are the same employees - both in support and the consultants.

Will you get a new data processing agreement?

The name change will not affect the current data processing agreement as the company will use the same CVR-number.

Next time a data processing agreement is to be approved, your data processor will be directly notified on the platform
