Last year was another fantastic year with an increase in several areas with new users of Evovia, more colleagues as well as extra modules to support the dialogue-based employee development.
At Evovia it is our passion to support good management. To offer a tool that takes the employees seriously and ensures even more action behind the words in the busy days of managers and employees. That is why we are very proud to receive another Gazelle award. It confirms to us that our management tool continues to help even more leaders and have an effect.
To be awarded with a Gazelle in Denmark is quite an achievement. The selection is made by Greens Institute of Market Research, and the criteria are objective and based on data from the Danish Business Authority. The definition of a gazelle is: A business which has achieved a continuous growth in revenue or gross profit for the last four financial years, and which has, in total, more than doubled the revenue or the gross profit in the period.
The award gives us more motivation to keep developing our system. The latest addition is a module for managing well-being and satisfaction surveys. Our Head of Development is working hard on his business PhD, which will look into the effect of analogue and digital management tools. As many as 34 municipalities are participating in the research project that extends over a 3-year period.
