At Evovia, we work with data from our users that requires responsibility and trust. That is why we renew our ISAE 3000 certificate every single year, and this was once again achieved in June 2025 without any remarks.
We prioritise having the certificate because it is important to us to place data security at the top. With the certification process, we can always document that we meet high standards for data security, GDPR, and the handling of personal data, and each year we are tested and challenged to ensure we continue to meet the requirements.
The certification has been carried out by BDO and once again confirms that we have both the technical safeguards and organisational procedures needed to protect our customers’ and users’ data – even with very strict requirements and expectations.
As part of the certification process, the platform is thoroughly reviewed, and various types of simulated attacks are attempted in order to actively search for security vulnerabilities – and once again we have passed the tests with no remarks.
“Security and responsibility are crucial when our customers use our platform for development dialogues, absence management, incident logging, well-being surveys, and other areas where confidentiality and data security are absolutely essential. The ISAE 3000 certification helps ensure that we have the right processes in place – and it demonstrates to our customers that we work responsibly and comply with the high and clearly defined requirements for data protection,” says Jørgen Skovhus Haunstrup, CEO of Evovia.
