Throughout Evovia’s lifetime, we have invested heavily every year in developing our tools – always grounded in good leadership.

We are moving the existing development team into the company. Træls.it, which has developed our platform since its inception in 2006, is being gradually phased out, and from 1 February, Simon Træls Ravn will take up the role of CTO at Evovia. He is bringing with him a team of three additional experienced developers who have been working on Evovia for several years.

“I have been part of Evovia’s journey for almost 20 years. It has been meaningful, both for me and for the employees, to help develop a platform that truly strengthens leadership efforts and makes a positive difference. Evovia has always been highly aware of how leadership and digital support can go hand in hand, while at the same time allowing us as developers to play an active role, so that development and leadership expertise go hand in hand. I am looking forward to continuing this work now with full focus,” says Simon Træls Ravn.

The close relationship over two decades means that our new internal team not only knows the code and architecture in depth – they also know Evovia’s approach to leadership support and our ambition to continuously develop the user experience.

“Bringing a strong and experienced development team fully in-house creates new opportunities – also because they are already onboarded in our thinking and development priorities. We can very quickly increase the pace of development, and for Evovia this means a shorter path from idea to solution, as well as greater overall development capacity,” says Jørgen Skovhus Haunstrup.

Even though we will now have an internal development team of skilled employees, we also know that development will still continuously require external expertise. We will therefore continue to collaborate with external partners on specific development areas. Among other things, we have a multi-year collaboration with Duckwise, who provide the groundwork for an ongoing UX upgrade, which our internal development team will bring to life. The first results of this collaboration will already be visible in early spring.
