As Director, Rasmus Hall Mortensen will play a central role in developing Evovia’s collaboration with customers on how digital leadership tools can support good leadership in organisations - in close collaboration with CEO Jørgen Skovhus Haunstrup and Director Joachim Langagergaard.
Rasmus brings solid experience from both private and public organisations, where for a number of years he has worked with digitalisation, strategic advisory services and the implementation of technological solutions and concepts that create real value for managers and employees.
Over the years, Rasmus Hall Mortensen has closely followed Evovia’s development.

He has over 20 years of experience within HR, IT and management. He has worked with professional personality assessment, advisory services and management, digitalisation and concept development at, among others, the company Garuda, where he has been CEO since 2011. He also has board experience from a number of organisations and trade associations within leadership, HR tech and sales.
